Mike,

There is also an exact analytical solution for homogeneous
stripline. I usually use air.

You can use the coax or stripline standards for 2D or 3D.
In 3D, plot error in impedance and error in phase length.

Sonnet Software also has an app note on test cases
suitable for Moment Method codes(and others).
