Matthias-

My guess is that you didn't receive any replies because
your message was so general in nature. You asked for opinions
about a dense design with high speed issues. Opinions about
what (power distribution, stackup, crosstalk, simulation, radiation,
trace impedances, topologies, etc. .....) ? There are probably hundreds
of aspects which people may be able to comment on.

So to answer your inquiry, no your question wasn't "too dumb",
just a bit too general perhaps. Off topic? No!

If you can zero in on what aspects you are interested in perhaps
someone may be able to comment more effectively.

Also, someone followed up and suggested that you didn't get a
reply because you identified yourself as a beginner in SI. I'd
seriously doubt that detered anyone from replying. You'l find most SI
engineers just love educating others on their favorite topic !
