Dear Il Seong,

Please visit our website http://www.trilogic.com for information on IBIS
Signal Integrity models.

A TRILOGIC/DRC signal integrity model is based upon physical measurements of
the device being modeled. Measurement-based models include all of the real
parasitic effects of the complete component including the silicon die, the
bonding wire, and package lead-frame; as opposed to spice-based models which
typically represent an ideal model of the silicon die alone. Measurements
include I-V sweeps over extended ranges of the device operating voltage,
Rise and Fall Time measurements, and Package Characterization. Using our
advanced laboratory, automated data-to-model utilities, and demanding
testing process, we are able to generate extremely accurate signal integrity
models. These models can then be used to show the real effects of your
design operating in a high speed environment. To ensure proper operation,
each model is verified against the physical extraction from the device.

model service

                Hello folks,
I work with SAMSUNG Electronics Co. as CAE engineer in
visual media division where kinds of TV are produced.
Recently, we started utilizing SI/EMC simulation to improve
the quality of our product. The most difficult thing in application of
simulation is getting right models of devices. Especially in consumer
electronics field, getiing model is more difficult than computing or
communication field.
A few weeks ago, I found IBIS model providing company name
H.A.S Electronics Inc.(haselect.com) from the internet search. But I
couldn't contact them. Did anyone among si-list used the company's service?
Please send me e-mail if you have experienced.
Also, If you have any recommandation for modeling service
provider similar to H.A.S, please let me know it.
                Looking for your help.
                Best Regards,
