Please help me.
My problem is the subject listed above.
And the Spice model got from Motorola Web site is attached.

Please help me.

Oh I have one questions.
How to use the SpiTran?
What is it needed to understand and use the Java Based program?
If I must understand Spice model, please send me that format or grammer like IBIS model by Email.
