Cisco Systems has a permanent employee opening for an EMC Design engineer in
San Jose, CA.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for reviewing PCB-level and system-level designs for
proper EMC design on LAN/WAN systems. Troubleshooting EMC issues is also
required.
Required Skills:
BSEE / MSEE with 4+ years of experience.
Allegro, Viewlogic, Concept, Unix and Windows operating systems skills
Knowledge of global EMC requirements (FCC, VCCI, CE, GR1089, ETS 300-386)
Multitasking
Familiarity with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and other lab equipment
Strong communication skills
