As usual, That Depends. If you're looking for IBIS models
for specific SSTL-2 devices then you'll have to check with
the vendors. If you mean a generic SSTL-II driver model,
then at present there aren't any published although the
EDA companies may have some for use by their customers.
At present the way that the SSTL-2 spec is written there is
no maximum driver strength, so unterminated SI sims will be
a bit pessimistic. For most point-to-point applications
Class I is adequate, but you're right to be careful.
Note: if anyone DOES have an IBIS driver model for SSTL-II,
the JEDEC committee responsible for SSTL-2 has an action item
to standardize such a beast. You, too, can be a part of
industry history.
