Hello list,
I'm routing a Ethernet/PCI board and I'm running out of space. I'm
facing two alternatives:
- routing PCI signals with targeted impedance of 60 to 100 Ohm on
Ethernet layers with 50 Ohm impedance. Does anyone know how PCI's
reflective waveform switching behaves at 50 Ohm?
- adding two layers to my stackup. If I end up adding two layers, can
anyone recommend a stackup for PCI and Ethernet signals?
Thanks,
Niels.
