Dima, Ray,

thanks for your input! However, the relative small number of
replies leads me to the conclusion that most SI-List listeners
have little experience with equivalent circuit modeling tools.
So, I would like to ask how you all usually extract circuit
models for e.g. interconnects, packages etc. ? Do you rely
e.g. on formulas as found in textbooks like the "Transmission
Line Design Handbook" from Wadell?

Thanks in advance, best regards,

Ch. Schuster
