Roy,

Just to let you know we have a product that given a board stackup and set of
technology information (rise time/impedances etc) can produce crosstalk
versus spacing information as graphs. This information can then be produced
as a set of rules in a DO file for feeding into the SPECCTRA router high speed
option, thus allowing router to minimise crosstalk. It can also produce
delay rules to allow accurate delay routing.
