As far as I remember, it is a OEM module from Incases (the
THEDA makers). Don't know much about quality, ease of use and price.
The full THEDA CAD system is a rather expensive software but maybe a
bit more features or possibilities than a "standard" bundle with a
midrange CAD tool + Hyperlynx. As I remember, Incases OEMed their
module to Protel (before the big merger) also.
