Be careful with the Fujitsu model. I have already gotten a lumped model
from them which they say is good down to about 100ps. I found this to be
impossible, since the length of the connector was longer then a lumped model
would allow!

Fujitsu makes a nice little connector, FCN-290H (the "H" is
important). It's completely surface mount and has large
blades for ground/power. I never checked its impedance,
but Fujitsu does have SPICE-compatible models for it.
