MDS FROM HP works well but the learning curve is long. ADS also from

HP does not yet have the power/ground models ported.

We're looking for a tool which will enable us to analyze power plane noise,
ground bounce, and bypass capacitor placement of pc board nets, ASIC
packages, etc. If possible, please share your experiences with tools you
have used to perform this analysis. A tool which has a short learning curve

is highly preferred.
Thanks and regards,
