Tektronix makes a 3 axis articulated arm model PPM203B, P543 in 1999 catalog
for
about $1400.
They also make a simple flexible probe holder called the Probe buddy, which
I can't find in the catalog, but comes with some scopes or probles and would
cost much less. I haven't used the fancy arm, but the Probe Buddy has
worked fine to hold another probe.
