Looking at the man pages and unittab file for my systems:

HP-UX Release 10.20: Last change: July 1996 Right answer: 1000 mils/in
Solaris 5.5.1 Last change: 14 Sep 1992 Wrong Answer: 100 mils/in

Looks like HP wins.

P.S. I hope that most of tool vendors don't rely on these tables for their
