The "rules wizard" lets you choose the order the rules are processed. If
your rule set filed all mail list mail first; would only the unfiled mail
get a response?

Does MS Office 2000 fix this? I can add a rule to "Out of Office Assistant"
but can't stop the OOP message from going to mail lists. The "rules wizard"
does not let you make a rule for all "not" in a distribution list. Else OOP
could be handled there to all mail in not distribution lists. I think MS
Outlook only sends the OOP message once to each incoming address.

Replies?
The out-of-office assistant in Outlook is a valuable tool
for communicating
when response can be expected, so I don't see it going away.
If anyone knows
how to write a rule that stops replies to lists like this or
whatever, I'd
be happy to implement it.

Subject: [SI-LIST] : Stopping Out of Office Auto Replys?
Everytime I respond to an issue on the list, my inbox gets
dumped on with a
bunch of Out of Office auto responses. Am I doing something
wrong or is
eliminating my input the best recourse?
