Dear Isaac,

One thing you are missing are the units. Units need to be in mks (meter,
kilogram, sec).
uLd/(2w) = 4*PI*1e-7*63e-3*12e-3/(2*50e-3) = 9.49 nH

What you need is the loop inductance, not the M. The loop inductance is L11 +
L22 - 2M12

where

L11 = self inductance of top plane

L22 = self inductance of bottom plane

M12 = mutual inductance between the planes.
