Eric,
You only need one resistor (typ 100 ohms) between the differential driver Pair.
The resistor should be equal to the differential impedance of the driver traces.
The LVDS Driver can be used with resistor values from 90 to 120 ohms and provide the specified VOC.
The manufacturers use split resistors so the VOS specification in TIA/EIA 644 can be monitored.
