[SI-LIST] : How to model chip to SDRAM pc board

Hi there,

I need to simulate a chip driving an SDARM memory. Can someone help
me with the interface between the two created by the PCB...? Do i need RC models for it
or transmition line model is prefered. How can i find the parameters for it and is there
any suggestion for such model. The chip is directly driving two SDRAMs located near it.
