[SI-LIST] : High Speed Design method

I would like to know what design method tobe used for designing
High_Speed boards which are above 200Mhz.

I've worked on the standard design methodology like
schematic-->Layout-->Analysis-->
which is mainly used for low-speed boards.

What difficulties I'll have If I go for Early Explore (SI)-->Schematic
Design-->PCB Design-->SI and EMI analysis ?

Any suggestions ?
