If I recall right, the default value of current density,
is taken to be 6A/mm2 for copper with <30 deg Cel rise
in temperature with respect to ambient.

In this case, it looks like you should use roughly twice as much
the cross section than what you are using to meet this req.
(12.7 * 6.3 ~80 mm2; so total current that can be carried is
~480 A).
