I'm a new user of Vector Network Analyzer. As you may be aware that for
package characterization using a VNA, an additional step of extraction using a
S/W for the mutual L and mutual C is required. It is said that this can be
done thru HP IC-CAP S/W. However, besides HP IC-CAP, is there any other low
cost commercial S/W or self-written S/W available for the same purpose? Plse
advise.
