Do the pairs each consist of shielded twin-ax, bundled together into a
cable? Or do you have some sort of ribbon arrangement where some
conductors are designated signal and others return? If the latter, is
the cable flat, or 3-D (how does each "shield" interact with its two
signal wires)?

How do you specify (what do you mean by) the skew of a pair? Is it the
skew between the two conductors of one pair? Between one pair and
another pair of the same cable? the same pair on another cable? Or
something else?
