Does anyone address the pinout of 2mm HM backplane connector?

I am concerning the maximum of crosstalk at the connector.
My tend is the grouping of pins according to their direction, because
directions of pins are fixed. A sample of the grouping is like
following.
As shown, optional ground barrier pins can be considered to separate Out
pins and In pins.

G:ground, O:out, I:in

G O O G O O G O O G
G O O G O O G O O G
G O O G O O G O O G
G O O G O O G O O G
[ G G G G G G G G G G ] Optional Ground Barrier Column
G I I G I I G I I G
G I I G I I G I I G
G I I G I I G I I G
G I I G I I G I I G

Is my pinout reasonable using 1 ns rising signal? What is the additional
engineering point when backplane connector pins are assigned?

Thanks
