We are currently distributing for testing Hspice with new transmission
line model. It's a multiconductor lossy frequency-dependent model, very
accurate and fast. The model inputs R, L, G, C, Rs (skin-effect) and Gd
(dielectric loss) per-unit-length matrices. There are no limitations on
the shape of the matrices, number of coupled conductors, line length,
loss or amount of frequency dependence.

If you would like to try it out, please e-mail to me indicating your
preferred platform, version of operating system you are running, and
preferred method of shipment (e-mail, ftp or tape). It's free, but you
should already have a 96.x release of Hspice.

Best regards,
Dmitri Kuznetsov
