lab electrical requirements

I'm soliciting comments about how to set up the
electrical (building) wiring for a high-frequency
test lab. My main concern is keeping transients
and RF off the lines going to my power supplies and
scopes. Is there such a thing as "clean power,"
and how does one specify this to the electrician
who's wiring your lab?
Anyone seen any good articles dealing with this
topic?
