Director, Electrical and Thermal Characterization:
Key interface to Sales and customer for Electrical and Thermal package
simulation and characterization. Manage team of simulation & characterization
engineers. Define & satisfy hardware and software to maintain state of the art
package characterization capabilities. Provide advance design support
(substrate/package) to meet customer's high-speed digital or RF application
requirements.
Position requires MSEE and 7+ years in package characterization and signal
integrity.
