Here some references for the calculation of brodside coupled lines,
published in IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Technology (MTT):

1) S.B. Cohn / "Characteristic Impedances of broadside-coupled strip
transmission lines"
IRE / MTT-8 pp. 633-637, Nov. 1960
2) J.P. Shelton, Jr. / "Impedances of Offset parallel-coupled strip transmission
lines"
IEEE MTT-14, pp. 7-15, Jan 1966.
3) I.J. Bahl / "The Design of Broadside-Coupled Stripline Circuits"
IEEE MTT-29, No.2 Feb. 1981 pp. 165-168

Assumed, your design target is Zoo= 40 - 60 ohm, the formulas in above given
references will be sufficient.

Further references can be found in Wadells "Transmission Line Design Handbook"

Besides, has anybody found an "Errata-Publication" for Wadells Handbook ???

CU :-)
