[SI-LIST] : si-list duplicate messages

There has been a bit of chatter on the list as of late regarding
duplicate messages. Hopefully a recent change in the list configuration
file will have fixed the problem.

Most people were receiving duplicate messages because in order to
reply to a si-list message you needed to "reply to all" in order for
si-list to be included in the destination address. This also included
the address of the person who wrote the message you were replying to.
Hence they received a couple of copies, one from the list and one directly.

Hopefully the modification I've made will allow a message to be replied
to the list only by just doing a "reply" instead of necessitating a
"reply to all".

If you still are experiencing problems with this after the modification
please correspond directly with me to resolve rather than on the list.

Sorry for the administrative distraction... Back to the tech discussions.
