I believe that the trial version supports only a limited
subset of structures, any of the differentials not being one
of them.

Looks like you are right. However, they do have a free trial version.

The CITS25 wasn't THAT cheap (about $800). If I remember rightly, the S6000
was about 10X that.

Bummer!!!

Maybe some problems aren't worth solving...

Larry,

I believe Polar has discontinued the CITS25 product in favor of the much
more expensive S6000 product. Martin from Polar sent me some mail awhile
back on this.
