Thanks for the help, I found them in Melbourne, they are now called APA
Wireless.

There is a company in florida called Integrated Component Systems that I am
trying to get a number for.
They make or used to make wideband phase modulator VCO's.
Another Florida company called ICS with the number 1-954-725-4366 IS NOT THE
COMPANY IN QUESTION.

I would appreciate any information leading to contacting these guys.
