Bhavesh,

You can bound the problem by looking at the absolute limits on a data sheet.
A worst case reflection should not exceed the maximum or minimum DC input or
output voltages, which are Vdd + 0.5V and -0.5V for many standard logic
families.

Hi! The simulation results give us the maximum overshoot and undershoot the
signal has at the receiver and these values will tell us whether the chip
can tolerate such levels. Now, in some datasheets they do mention the max.
overshoot and undershoot values but some don't, so in these cases how do you
proceed?
One call up the vendor(....too long, is there a second way to decipher form
the datasheet?
