Subject: [SI-LIST] : Solder resist coatings

Can anyone tell me, or refer me to a source of data, about typical
dielectric constants, thickness, and lossiness of solder resist coatings.

I would also welcome input on the application methods of the coatings,
whether they result in a uniform coating thickness over the copper and
laminate surface, or does the application process result in a plane surface
(as if the coating was applied in a flood), or something inbetween. In fact,
any information at all, or a source of information, will all be most
gratefully received.

Thanks all.
