Minutes of the January 10, 1973 Meeting

The following new members have been voted into the VHF repeaters, Inc.:
Billy, WA6SBJ; John, WB6MXT; and Bob, WA0FAL.
All new members must be sponsored by a member of WB6NDJ, VHF Repeaters,
Inc. All new members must go though a 6 month probationary period
after being accepted into the VHF Repeaters, Inc. All new members
must have a minimum of 2 years of satisfactory membership in VHF Repeaters,
inc. before they are eligible for office.
The club will have installed a thouch tone pone at the repeater site after
the station manager installs and checks out the M.T.S. system. The
MTS will be available of 450 MHz and 146.28/146.88.
Charlie, WB6RPK is the Section emergency Coordinator ARRL East Bay Section,
Disaster Communications Chairman for Oakland/South Alameda County Red Cross
Disaster Service.
Ken, WA6DJR is the vice-chairman of the above.
The members hereby authorize an expediture not to exceed $250.00 for the
construction of an emergency power plant building.
