Members receive voting priveldges and, after one year, are eligible to sit on the board of directors. They also receive access codes to our autopatch. Members can make "local" phone calls. We use a private telephone service provider whose coverage area varies. For example, distant areas like Ukiah have been accessable, yet many places in the east bay are not.
