Touring South Dakota Day 2 (cont.)

We have now entered Custer State Park and here we find
scenes of the old west as we gaze upon heards of Buffalo
Grazing in the sun.

These Buffalo are very large and can be very dangerous.
They weigh in at 700 to a 1000 pounds and if one
were to step on your foot, your foot would most likely
be crushed.

Here you can see that they are almost as big as the small car
in this picture. If this one were to get angry it could easily
easily turn that car over and make short work of turning it into
scrap metal.

I got out of the truck to get a picture of this one up close
and quickly got back in the truck and took the picture through
the window as it decided to come a little closer when I got out
and didn't exactly look too friendly.

As well as the Buffalo there are also Prong Horned Sheep in
the park. This one decided to "moon" me so I got a good picture
from the rear.
