Well after much testing and lotsa spur problems, I made a query on
the QRP-L about my problem. I received many replies and some great
tips. Dave-w0ch, had some ideas that I tried. Most of the problem
was the position of the vfo and the power amp. So I removed the transmitter
portion and hooked everything back with jumpers. That helped a lot.
