Prologue for opening the RACES Net:

This is (Call Sign), Net Control in the Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service, Operating on 146.610 Mhz. by the authority of the Federal Communications Commission, the Schoharie County Emergency Management Office, and the Schoharie County Amateur Radio Association.  This is a directed net, alerted for the purpose of a RACES Training Drill.  Those not directly concerned with this RACES exercise are requested to keep this frequency clear.
