have a variety of interests that we thought you might be interested in.
They include HAM
RADIO, GENEALOGY,
and LIGHTHOUSES just
to name a few. The pages listed here are mainly about our interest in Ham
Radio. Some of the links will take you to other sites that we discovered
through our connection with Ham Radio.
We are both licensed Amateur Radio operators. Dave who is WA2TVS has been licensed since 1963. Margaret is KB2BRR and has been licensed since 1986. We are Life Members of the ARRL (Amateur Radio Relay League). We belong to the "OLD BARNEY AMATEUR RADIO CLUB", (OBARC) located in South Jersey. OLD BARNEY is a very active club participating in special events, contests and, of course, the ARRL Field Day held every June. In August the club sponsors a special event station from the Barnegat Lighthouse on LBI, NJ. Below you will find several links that will give you a little more information about ham radio. |
