This is (Your Name), WA1WA/(Your Call), your Net control station.

The purpose of this Net is to announce news, pass traffic, and to promote Amateur Radio in the State of Maine.

This net is held weekly at 1930 hours local time on the KQ1L repeater system.

If the repeaters are unavailable, the net control station will attempt to run the net on 146.55 simplex or on another prearranged repeater.

This is a controlled net. All traffic will go through the Net control station. All amateurs with 2 meter privileges are welcome, and you do not have to be a member of WA1WA to check in. If you have emergency traffic, please break in. Emergency traffic will be handled immediately.
