A Visit to One of the Islands
Bernice and I stopped at one of the islands near the point. .
Bluff Point State Park near Groton Connecticut is a nice combination of bay and sea kayaking.
It is a quiet spot, and just the right place to visit and have lunch, or take a break in the shade
of the trees. The cool wind and a little shade can really refresh you after paddling all day.
