This screenshot shows a little demo application that I threw together in just a few minutes using the WinPSKX ActiveX control. I dropped the control into a dialog box, added a few Dialog controls as you can see, soldered them all together, and the result is a simple PSK31 receiver.
The control is actually the 3D waterfall display in the bottom half of the dialog box. It handles all of the display hassles for you, and all you need to do is tell it which display to wish to see. The rest of the PSK31 application code communicates with the control's methods, properties, and events to perform receiving and transmitting functions.
I'm using Moe's WinPSK application as a validation test for the WinPSKX control. Click here to see the results.
