The LCARC monthly newsletter, Short Skip, is available on-line.  After downloading the files the free program Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view the newsletter.

NOTE: Articles printed in SHORT SKIP may be reprinted as long as the following conditions are met:

1. They can only be re-printed in a not-for-profit newsletter
2. Credit must be given to the original author of the article as well as to the month and year of publication in SHORT SKIP.
