Skywarn Situation Report (SITREP) — Argonne Amateur Radio Club

Use this SITuation REPort form as a guide to your report to Net Control. Do not call Net Control unless you have something to report. Net Control will call on all checked-in observers periodically. Net Control and Liaison stations may wish to use this form to record observer reports (be sure to record the time).

When calling Net Control, give the following information in this order:

When called upon for a periodic update report, provide the following:

[2] Rainfall is NONE / LIGHT / MODERATE / HEAVY / DOWNPOUR
 
[3] Winds are about ______ mph from the ______ and STEADY / GUSTY
