Middle Bass Island
(Island # OH004)
Weather was great ! Site was great ! Operating trailer worked out great ! Minimal bugs & flies due to screens on trailer & equipment was protected from any possible adverse weather & operating positions were comfortable.
Exploring the island was very interesting , since it was the first time past Lonz's winery for most of us! Mr Jerry Sheller was a very congenial host (it was his property that we used). And great thanks to Denny KC8HAB for "securing" the property for "us"! Denny KC8HAB & Dick KC8EKD came to the island on Denny's Lyman boat!

Guest attending: - Saturday Afternoon was Jim KG8SM (friend of WA1FXT) Dave WD8CXB - Jim KI8BV & Bob WA1FXT left the island on the 3:15 Ferry on Sunday. Tom WA8VOE stayed another day and bought the operating trailer back on the Monday 4:15 ferry.
