Bring original and copy of amateur license, original and copy of any CSCE's, photo ID, and exact amount of testing fee, $15.00 in cash, as making change can be difficult.

Email either Gary Hamman or George Cooney, listed in Contacts above, at least two days prior to testing to pre-register, in order to get your name on the access list maintained by the ARC security guards. The Red Cross has some security concerns, and all people who will be testing must be on the access list prior to the testing date.

The club net meets on one of the following two repeaters, the 147.060+ (no PL tone) or the 147.280+ (162.2 PL tone) repeater every Thursday evening at 7:30 PM except on club meeting nights, which are the second Thursday of each month.

The Arizona Amateur Radio Club Hamfest for 2009 was held at our usual location on April 11, the South parking lot of DeVry University, 2149 West Dunlap in North-central Phoenix. The Hamfest was very successful despite some showers. We want to thank all the folks who showed up and made our Hamfest a success. Fourth weekend in June, June 27 & 28, 2009, at the American Red Cross Building, Phoenix, AZ. Field Day goes from 11 AM on the 27th to 11 AM on the 28th. The club operates 3 transmitters, which is a 3F operation.
