Welcome to the Rogue Valley Amateur Radio Club WebSite.

The Rogue Valley Amateur Radio Club "RVARC" meets every FIRST Thursday September through June (except for the December Christmas party) at the Red Cross building: 60 Hawthorne Street in Medford.

Meetings start at 7:00pm and generally last until about 9:00pm. A presentation on some topic is first, followed by a break and a short business meeting. The emphasis is on 'socializing' and learning! So stop by!

Our next meeting will be Thursday, May 2 at 7PM. The program will be "Field Day 2012 with Photos".

As mentioned in the December Repeater, Jeff Statchwick, W7KNX, was elected as our club president for 2012. Follow this link, gavel transfer to see a photo of Jeff receiving the gavel from outgoing president Alan Taylor, K7GT.

Field Day 2012 was a cold, wet affair this year, but everyone seemed to have a great time anyway! Our club finished first in our division for Oregon. Read the September 2012 newsletter for totals and consider joining us the last weekend in June 2013. It's always a lot of fun.
