JCARA, Inc. Now Tax Exempt
On January 26, 2012 we received a
letter from the IRS granting us (The Jackson County Amateur Radio
Association, Inc.) tax exempt status under section 501(c)3 of the
Internal Revenue Code. The effective date of exemption was made
retroactive to January 14, 2003. We are also qualified to receive tax
deductible bequests (donations), devises, transfers or gifts under
section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Internal Revenue code. Contributions
to JCARA, Inc. are "TAX DEDUCTIBLE."
