SEND E-Mail
We don't know about you, but we're sick of getting dozens and dozens and more dozens of unsolicited e-mails everyday! You know--get rich quick schemes, sources of Viagra, links to porn sites, lower mortgage rates, things to make body parts bigger, chain letters, more get rich quick schemes, and still more stuff!
How did these SPAMers get ahold of our e-mail addresses? One way is through "spider" programs that prowl the web looking for addresses. The GNOARC website used to have a "mailto" link. Unfortunately, we've had to remove the clickable link in an attempt to slow down the barrage of SPAM! It may not work, but we're going to try and circumvent the "spiders".
If you're reading this website, you're most likely a fellow Radio Amateur or someone interested in finding out more about ham radio, so we definitely want to hear from you. Instead of clicking on a link, though, we're going to ask you to send mail to:
Of course, putting W5UK in place of "clubcall"! As I said, it may not work, but maybe, just maybe, it will help stem the spread of SPAM! (By the way, many GNOARC members enjoy the delicious taste of the real Hormel Spam product, including the new Turkey Spam, pictured above)!
