Two Meter Net

The Gator Amateur Radio Society 2 Meter Net meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings at 8:00 PM. The net meets on 146.730 mHz. PL is turned off for the net. There is a different net control each evening that the net meets. Net control will accept check-ins from licensed amateur radio operators.

The purpose of the net is to pass both formal and informal traffic, promote camaradarie between area HAMS, and to give everybody an opportunity to make sure that their radio equipment is operating properly. The net will also be available for any emergency situations that might arise in the area.

The Emergency Communication Net meets every Monday at 8:00 on the 146.730 machine. There will be a different net controller each week. All are welcome to join in.
