The Valley Amateur Radio Association is dedicated to service to our community by providing radio communication whenever possible in times of emergency, during emergency preparedness drills and as possible for public events where radio communications can facilitate the safety of the general public. It shall be the purpose of the Valley Amateur Radio Association "to further (the) exchange of information and cooperation between members, to promote radio knowledge, fraternalism and individual operating efficiency, and to so conduct club programs and activities as to advance the general interest and welfare of amateur radio in the community."
